The journey begins at Goldcrest's captive limestone mines, where premium-grade limestone is extracted through scientifically planned mining practices. Responsible resource management ensures a consistent supply of high-quality raw material while maintaining environmental responsibility.
Crushed limestone is scientifically analysed in our in-house laboratory. Automated cross-belt analysers proportion the raw materials with exceptional accuracy to achieve the desired raw mix composition.
The prepared raw meal passes through a multi-stage cyclone preheater. Inside the rotary kiln, temperatures reach 1,400–1,450°C, transforming the raw mix into high-strength clinker. Our Waste Heat Recovery System reduces carbon emissions.
Cooled clinker is finely ground with gypsum and fly ash to manufacture high-quality PPC. Fully automatic packing machines and automated loading systems dispatch cement efficiently to dealers, contractors and major infrastructure projects.
